2 for the price of 1

So I know I haven't posted in awhile. We were on vacation for a week and with the preganancy I just haven't gotten around to it. So I hope you enjoy the two posts below and the millions of pictures! I am now just about 14 weeks pregnant and doing good. I have an appointment Wednesay and they might be able to tell the sexes. I will be sure to keep you updated....it just might take me awhile! :)

My brother is moving to New York

My younger brother Matt is moving to New York this Saturday so we had a family dinner last night at Black Angus. Here are some pictures of the family....

Shaver Lake '07

We just got back from our annual family tradition camping trip to Shaver Lake for a week. It is 6 hours north from O.C. in the Sierras just past Fresno. I have been going since I was a little girl and this is Lindsay's 2nd trip. We "rough it", sleep in a tent, campfires at night (it gets in the 40's at night!), and basically live in the dirt for a week. But it is so much fun and it is so beautiful up there! Here is a picture of the lake, which is surrounded by pine trees. Our boat is on the left. We have had it for a year but are going to put it up for sale soon since we won't get much use out of it for awhile with the triplets coming.

Lindsay just hanging out!

She loved the water and was fearless! She would just keep walking out into the lake if you didn't stop her!

This is where we had her confined at the campsite when we were too tired to chase her around. All she wanted to do was run around!

My nephew Mark, 5 months old and his first camping trip. He did very well!

Kisses from Lindsay!

Just saying hi while eating her sandwich!

Orange County Fair

Last week we went to the fair. Lindsay had a lot of fun except when the goat scared her and made her cry. Other than that it was a good day at the fair. :) She liked the baby chick though and even gave it a kiss.

Update...

Its been a few weeks since I posted thanks to morning/afternoon/evening sickness so here's an update. I am now 9 weeks pregnant and all 3 babies are doing good. We saw all 3 heartbeats and the babies are all the same size. I have had a hard time with keeping food down no matter what time of day it is. Hopefully that will end soon. Lindsay is keeping me busy around the house. Her new thing is to climb into/onto everything and to try and hide from me. She will make the best hide-and-go seek player because she has so much patience. She will stand beind the rocking chair for minutes before she peeks one eye around the corner to see if I am there. In this picture she pulled out a shelf and the basket that was on it, and is sitting in another basket. She was so quiet I had no idea where she was.

This is in our office and again she just climbed on up and made herself cozy.

Triplets!!

Yes, the sign is correct. I am expecting. Although the dirty diaper in the background is not mine but it adds a nice touch, don't you think? And more importantly, I am expecting not one, not two, but three!!! Yes, we were as shocked as you are. I am only 6 weeks along and the doctor said that the first trimester will be the crucial time. Just because there is 3 now he said doesnt mean that all three will develop. However, everything is looking good so far. I go next week to see the heartbeats so I will keep you posted. I already feel huge too!! The end of the school year couldn't have come at a better time. I feel like all I do all day is eat and sleep. No vomiting yet, but I think its coming!!! I was going to wait and tell you all next week after the heartbeats but I couldn't wait. So please keep us in your prayers for a lot smoother pregnancy than the last and for 3 healthy babies!! Brian said there better be a boy in there or he is going to go crazy (and broke!).
Take Care!!

Jessica's Bachelorette Party

This past weekend we went to Palm Springs for Jessica's bachelorette party. Friday night we went to the JW Marriot Hotel for dinner and danced until 2 in the morning!! It was a lot of fun and something we, especially those with children, haven't done in a long time!!

Needless to say, we slept in until 10:30 Saturday morning and then spent the day at the pool.

Saturday night Jessica wore a veil when we went out. Her friend made tank tops for all of us with our names on it.

After all of us wearing heels Friday night and getting blisters as well as aching feet, we made a trip to Payless on Saturday to buy matching sandals. Saturday night we went to a mexican restuarant and then to donwtown Palm Springs for another night of dancing. The flip flops were so comfortable!!
